Eastern Washington Arts Recovery Project
ArtsEd Washington is collecting material and monetary donations to help students and teachers who lost their visual and performing arts equipment
in the Eastern Washington fires. These items are more than just objects for entertainment.
They enable expression, healing, the joy of being creative, and they are important components of a meaningful school day.
In many cases, the full extent of damage due to fire, sprinklers, smoke, etc. is not yet known,
so please check back in the coming weeks as we continue to adapt our offerings.
In collaboration with Washington Art Education Association, Washington Music Educators Association, and Washington State Thespians,
we are honored to support a season of recovery, connection, and renewed creativity for affected students and teachers.
Watercolor sets, sketch books, musical instruments, dance shoes, stage makeup kits, yarn and weaving tools—
Just a few examples of what we hope to share with those who are missing their creative outlets.
